What I am offering is this, an oil painting, or drawing ( size to be chosen ),
as a gift from one to another,
for someone's birthday, ( special occasion, etc. ).

Added attraction, if when done, you do not like it, you will get your money back, and I will keep
the artwork for myself, that sure you will like it.
All I would ask is for an advance ( percentage of finished piece ) also to be used for buying materials
and my time to do this.
