Hello. My name is Carl ( Carlos ) Monteiro. I live at 71 Clark Court, in Rutherford, N.J.
I am a graduate of the School of Visual Arts, in Manhattan, ( a B.F.A. , Bachelor of Fine Arts, 1983 ).
I am offering this, an exact copy of " the Garden of Earthly Delights ", by Hieronymus Bosch.

Here is an investment proposition, especially for corporations, such as Microsoft, GM, Sony, etc. ,
( think about telling your " boss " about this, if it all " pans out ",
  you will make some " points " with them ) .
I CAN paint in oil paint, on oak, not canvas, ( like he did ), in the same exact size ;
the dimensions are  78.73 inches x 157.48 inches ( roughly 6.5 feet x 13.12 feet ) . INCLUDING ;
the back panel, which the side panels fold, to reveal the " orb " on the back ( see it on Wikipedia ).

The plan is, by commission, ( investment ), you will provide ( an advance ), determined by us,
under legal contract, the amount of the advance, and a deadline to the finished product.
The reason I am asking for an advance, simple, to buy materials, rented space ( need height )
and time expended by me to get this done ;
( I estimate a time of one year, possibly up to two years to finish it ).
The HARDEST part, is trying to find pieces of oak that big, not that easy, I looked.

In return for the investment, ( advance ), is the original amount you put in, back to you, plus a legal interest towards you of say 20% ( the percent is negotiable ).
How many banks offer this amount of interest ? Not even close ! No CD's, Money Markets, etc.

ALSO - after a legal contract is signed, the initial investor will make a percentage of the final intake of the sale of the painting, that is, I.E. / if it brings the price of $100,000.00, then under legal contract, the investor makes $20,000.00 , $1,000,000.00, then under contract the investor will make whatever percentage is agreed upon, say 20%, leaving them the intake of $200,000.00 , more than a million, etc.  ( depending on what the contract states originally ).

OR / I can be hired by salary for a year ( under contract ) with say a weekly,
decided beforehand, salary.

THE MAIN IDEA IS, once it is done, I will try to sell it at auction, like Christie's or Sotheby's, etc.
It should bring a good price, since as far as I know, there is only one of these in the world,
and that is the Prado Museum in Madrid, Spain.
( I do not think anyone can out bid the country of Spain for ownership, do you ? )
